Background checks
Every cleaner must complete a background check before their profile can go live.
TRUST & SAFETY · LOS ANGELES, CA
Trust is built before anyone enters your home.
We make the cleaner, their reputation and the booking details visible—then require verification before a profile goes live.
Human-reviewed applications
A person reviews each application. Applying does not mean automatic approval.
Cleaner-specific reputation
Ratings and reviews stay connected to the individual cleaner who completed the work.
Booking and payment records
Bookings and payments are handled through the marketplace so the details stay together.
HONEST LIMITS
Clear expectations matter.
A background check is one part of making an informed choice; it is not a guarantee of future conduct or a substitute for reviewing a cleaner’s profile and service details. Availability, inclusions and extras vary by cleaner. Review the listing before confirming a booking.
